摘 要:针对镍基高温合金因严重的加工硬化而导致塑性成形时质量控制困难的问题,以应用于燃烧室的锥筒形件为对象,提出采用剪切旋压工艺获得锥形预制坯,经固溶处理后进行拉深旋压成形出口部筒形段的方法。基于Abaqus软件建立锥筒形件多道次拉深旋压成形有限元模型,研究了进给比及旋轮圆角半径等成形参数对成形质量的影响规律,结合组织性能测试,获得了微观组织及力学性能变化规律。结果表明,进给比及旋轮圆角半径对制件的最大壁厚减薄率、圆度及回弹的影响显著。拉深旋压成形后,筒形段各区域的晶粒形态各异,中部晶粒被拉长并形成较多形变孪晶,口部筒形段发生晶粒堆积,且晶粒呈等轴状;拉深旋压成形的筒形段的强度显著提高,但伸长率下降。Focus on the problem of difficulty in quality control of Ni-based superalloy during plastic forming due to severe work hardening,for the conical-cylindrical part applied to the combustion chamber,a method was proposed to obtain the cone-preformed blank by the shear spinning process and form the cylindrical section in the opening area by deep-drawing spinning after solid solution treatment.Then,the finite element model of multi-pass deep-drawing spinning for conical-cylindrical part was established based on Abaqus software,and the influence laws of forming parameters such as feed ratio and fillet radius of roller on forming quality were studied.Combined with the structure performance test,the microstructure and mechanical properties change rules were obtained.The results show that the feed ratio and fillet radius of roller have significant influences on the maximum thinning ratio of wall thickness,ovality and springback of part.After deep-drawing spinning,the morphologies of the grains in each region of cylindrical section are different,the grains in middle area are elongated to form more deformation twins,and the grains are piled up of cylindrical section in the opening area and equiaxed.In addition,the strength of cylindrical section formed by deep-drawing spinning is significantly improved,but the elongation decreases.
