摘  要:提出采用板锻造工艺来成形端部带法兰特征的筒形零件,以解决现有成形工艺中存在的成形加工载荷大等问题。基于有限元仿真模拟分析了端部法兰特征的板锻造工艺的变形过程,研究了板厚、切入量及待变形区域的高度和成形界面的摩擦条件对法兰特征成形性的影响规律。研究结果表明:建立的有限元模型可以较好地预测法兰特征的板锻造成形;切应力主导了待变形金属与筒形坯件本体的剥离过程,成形末期凸模镦挤此部分金属,完成法兰特征的成形;板厚越大,筒形坯件的抗屈曲失稳能力越强,筒壁待变形高度临界值越大;法兰特征的径向尺寸与切入量及筒壁待变形区域高度呈正相关,差异化的成形界面摩擦条件有助于改善法兰特征的成形性。The plate forging process of cylindrical part with flange features at the end was put forward to solve the problems such as large forming processing load being in the existing forming process.Then,based on finite element simulation,the deformation process of plate forging process with flange features at the end was analyzed,and the influence laws of sheet thickness,shear amount,height of the area to be deformed and friction conditions of forming interface on formability of flange features were investigated.The results show that the established finite element model can better predict plate forging forming of flange features,and the shear stress dominates the peeling process of metal to be deformed and the body of cylindrical blank,and at the end of forming,the punch upsets this part of metal to form the flange features.In addition,the larger the plate thickness is,the stronger the anti-buckling instability of the cylindrical blank is,and the greater the height critical value of the cylinder wall to be formed.Finally,the radial dimension of the flange feature is positively related to the shear amount and the height of the area of cylinder wall to be deformed,and the differentiate friction conditions of the forming interface can be useful to improve the formability of flange features.
