摘  要:为达到减少钛合金曲臂肘锻件在传统锻制中现场试制、调整尺寸、工艺摸索等反复操作的目的,并解决周期长、损耗大等问题,通过有限元分析软件模拟普通开放式模锻锤模压成形过程来辅助荒型优化,降低产品发生缺陷的几率,减少实际试制次数。尝试了不同预制坯设计方案,并逐一分析了不同预制坯对模锻成形效果的影响,合理地降低了成形可能出现缺陷的风险。通过数值模拟与工艺试验相结合,获得一种新的菱形预制坯方案,即棒料先锻制成菱形坯,再机加工去除理化检测区,最终利用双层漏盘整形得到合适的预制坯。这种预制坯在成形方法上已实现工程化应用。In order to achieve the goals of reducing the frequency of repeated operations for on-site trial production,size adjustment,process exploration in the traditional forging production of titanium alloy crank elbow forgings,and to solve the problems of long cycle and large loss,the finite element analysis software was used to simulate the press forming process of the normal open die forging hammer to assist the optimization of the pattern,the probability of product defects and the number of actual trial production were reduced.The risk of production defects which might occur in the forming process was reasonably reduced after attempting different design schemes of preformed blank and analyzing the influence of different preformed blank on the final die forming effect one by one.Through the combination of numerical simulation and process test,a new kind of diamond preformed blank scheme was obtained,that was,firstly,the bar was forged into a diamond-shaped blank,and then the physical and chemical detection area was removed by mechanical processing,and finally a suitable preformed blank was obtained by shaping with double leak plates.This kind of preformed blank has realized engineering application in the forming method.
