弯管接头类锻件精密成形工步优化

摘  要:根据6.3 MN摩擦压力机镶块模的结构特点,在不增加额外模具和火次的前提下,在弯管接头类锻件模锻成形前增加弯曲工步,使锻件的材料利用率提升至约80%。通过采用数值模拟和工艺试验,研究了弯曲模膛在弯管接头类锻件上的应用,并总结了弯管类锻件弯曲模膛设计的结构形式和关键参数,分析了弯曲后坯料在模锻时飞边交接部分易产生折叠缺陷的原因。仅当弯曲模膛轮廓和锻件外轮廓间的距离满足h_(4)≥2h_(2),且在台阶位置以大圆角平滑过渡时,才能避免模锻产生折叠缺陷。应用效果表明,即使生产设备存在局限性,该方式也能够在一火内实现钛合金和不锈钢等材料的弯管接头类锻件的精密成形。According to the structural characteristics of insert die for 6.3 MN friction press,without adding additional dies and fire cycles,the bending step was added before the die forging of elbow joint forgings to increase the material utilization rate of forgings to about 80%,and through numerical simulation and process test,the application of bending die cavity in the elbow joint forgings was studied.Then,the structure forms and key parameters of the design of bending die cavity for elbow joint forgings were summarized,and the reasons why the flash junction part of blank after bending was easy to have folding defect during the die forging were analyzed.However,the folding defect of die forging was avoided only when the distance between the contour of bending die cavity and the outer contour of forgings met h_(4)≥2h_(2),and the step position was smoothly transitioned with large fillet.The application results show that even if the production equipment has limitations,the precision forming of elbow joint forgings for titanium alloy,stainless steel and other materials can be realized in one fire by this method.
