玉肤褪红汤对风热血热型激素依赖性皮炎患者皮肤功能及炎性状态的影响

摘　　要：目的研究玉肤褪红汤对风热血热型激素依赖性皮炎患者皮肤功能及炎性状态的影响。方法选取2018年4月—2019年12月收治的92例激素依赖性皮炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例)。对照组患者给予外涂吡美莫司乳膏及口服盐酸西替利嗪片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上另予玉肤褪红汤口服,2组均治疗4周。比较2组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、皮肤功能及血清IL-4、IgE水平。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者油脂水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组;2组患者红斑、脱屑、灼热的中医证候积分、红斑总量、TEWL值、血清IL-4、IgE水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论玉肤褪红汤能提高风热血热型激素依赖性皮炎患者的皮肤功能,减轻其临床症状,同时可降低血清IL-4、IgE水平,改善炎性状态。Objective To study the effect of Yufu Xiuhong decoction on skin function and inflammatory state in patients with steroid dependent dermatitis of wind heat and blood heat type.Methods 92 patients with steroid dependent dermatitis in our hospital from April2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46).The patients in the control group were given pimecrolimus cream and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets,while the patients in the observation group were given Yufu Tuihong decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,skin function,serum IL-4 and IgE levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results compared with before treatment,the lipid levels of the two groups were increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group;the erythema,desquamation,scorching traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,total erythema,TEWL value,serum IL-4 and IgE levels of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(allP<0.05).Conclusion Yufu Tuihong decoction can improve the skin function of patients with steroid dependent dermatitis of wind heat and blood heat type,relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the serum levels of IL-4 and IgE,and improve the inflammatory state.
