黄芪消渴方联合缬沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病气阴两亏证疗效及肾功能和炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪消渴方联合缬沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病气阴两亏证疗效及肾功能和炎症因子的影响。方法选择2018年8月—2020年8月收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者78例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(采用缬沙坦治疗)和研究组(在对照组治疗的基础上联合黄芪消渴方治疗),每组均为39例。观察2组治疗前后中医证候评分、肾功能、炎症因子水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前1 d,2组中医证候评分、Scr、BUN、IL-17、IL-23对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,2组中医证候评分、Scr、BUN、IL-17、IL-23均比治疗前1 d低(P<0.05),且研究组比对照组低(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间不良反应发生率相近(P>0.05)。结论对气阴两亏证早期糖尿病肾病患者采用黄芪消渴方联合缬沙坦治疗,可改善中医证候评分、肾功能,减轻炎症反应,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the influence of Huangqi Xiaoke recipe combined with valsartan on the therapeutic effect of qi and yin deficiency,renal function and inflammatory factors in early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 78 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(treated with valsartan)and the study group(treated with Huangqi Xiaoke recipe on the basis of the control group)by a random number table,and there were 39 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,renal function,inflammatory factor levels,and adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results 1 day before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,serum SCr,BUN,IL-17,and IL-23(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,serum SCr,BUN,IL-17 and IL-23 were all lower than the 1 day before treatment(P<0.05),and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serum SCr,BUN,IL-17,IL-23 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with early diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome,Huangqi Xiaoke decoction combined with valsartan can improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,renal function,reduce inflammation,and have high safety.
