摘　　要：《傅青主女科》是一部颇具临床价值的妇产科专著。初入临床的中医医者运用其中的易黄汤与宣郁通经汤原方治愈1例黄带痛经患者。通过此验案,有所体会感悟,认为在治病过程中,通过辨病辨证后,选方用药时,不要加减药物,仅用原方,如此可以领悟原方原药的奥秘,不断吸取经验。还可以"有是证,用是方",针对特殊的症状,通过辨证分析后选用专方治疗。同时以国医大师为榜样,今后不断学习、进步,早日成为一名优秀的中医人。Fu Qingzhus Obstetrics and Gynecologyis a monograph of obstetrics and gynecology with considerable clinical value.A new Chinese medicine practitioner used the original formual of Yihuang decoction and Xuanyu Tongjing decoction to cure a patient with dysmenorrhea with yellowish leukorrhea.Through this case,some experience and feeling,that in the process of treatment,through the disease differentiation,the selection of prescription drugs,do not add or subtract drugs,only use the original prescription.So you can understand the original prescription of the mystery of the original drug,continuous learning experience.It can also be"there is a syndrome,use is a prescription",for special symptoms,through syndrome differentiation analysis after the selection of special prescription treatment.At the same time,authors will follow the example of traditional Chinese medicine masters and make progress in the future,so as to become an excellent traditional Chinese medicine practitioner as soon as possible.
