摘 要:以钢铁厂的钢渣尾料和水淬矿渣为主要原料,对钢渣尾料和水淬矿渣分别进行湿法球磨,通过原材料计量混合、搅拌加热、浇注发气、静停预养、脱模切割、养护、陈化检验等工序处理后生产出了冶金渣蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其中,复合外加剂的引入可显著提高冶金渣蒸压加气混凝土砌块各项性能指标。试验结果发现不同养护条件下的加气混凝土砌块存在立方体抗压强度的差异,最后提出了一些规模化综合利用钢渣的建议与途径。In this paper, steel slag tailings and water-quenched slag from iron and steel plant are used as the main raw materials, and steel slag tailings and water-quenched slag are milled by wet ball milling respectively.Metallurgical slag autoclaved aerated concrete blocks are produced through raw material metering mixing, stirring heating, pouring gas generation, static stop pre-curing, demoulding cutting, maintenance, aging inspection, and other processes.Among them, the introduction of composite admixture can significantly improve the performance indexes of metallurgical slag autoclaved aerated concrete block.The test results show that there are differences in cube compressive strength of aerated concrete blocks under different curing conditions.Finally, some suggestions and ways for large-scale comprehensive utilization of steel slag are put forward.
