摘  要:通过对临河中心变10 kV配网接地方式现状的调查与摸底,对不接地方式、经消弧线圈接地、经小电阻接地、消弧线圈并联电阻灵活接地方式的原理进行分析比对,结合中心变110 kV变的特点,指出目前接地方式存在的问题,确定中心变10 kV配网调整为"消弧线圈短时并联电阻灵活接地方式"。以临河中心变的实际电网参数为例,选择并联电阻,校核接地变容量,提出了接地方式变更后的保护配合整定原则,并计算了单相接地时对过渡电阻的反应能力,提出了灵活接地选线跳闸的实现方式,总结出中心变灵活接地方式改造的技术原则和实施策略,为中心变顺利实现灵活接地方式改造提供了技术支持,为类似接地方式改造提供参考。In this paper, the grounding mode of 10 kV system in Linhe Central Substation is investigated.The principles of non-grounding mode, arc suppression coil grounding mode, small resistance grounding mode and flexible grounding mode with parallel resistance of arc suppression coil are analyzed and compared respectively.Combining with the characteristics of the substation, the existing problems of grounding mode are pointed out.The grounding mode of 10 kV in fixed-center substation is adjusted as "the grounding mode of short-time parallel grounding resistance of arc suppression coil".Taking the actual grid parameters of Linhe Central Substation as an example, this paper chooses the appropriate parallel resistance, checks the grounding variable capacity, puts forward the setting principle of protection coordination after the grounding mode is changed, calculates the response ability of single-phase grounding to the transition resistance, puts forward the realization method of flexible grounding line selection tripping, and summarizes the technical principles and implementation strategies for the center transformation flexible grounding mode.It provides technical support for the transformation of central substation, and plays a demonstration role for similar transformation.
