摘 要:为深入了解辣椒种质耐盐特性,以13份耐盐能力不同的辣椒种质材料为研究对象,用高浓度(180、210、240、270、300、330、360、390、420 mmol/L)的NaCl溶液进行种子萌发处理,分析相对发芽率、相对发芽势和相对盐害率指标,并利用隶属函数法和聚类分析对13份辣椒种质材料进行综合评价。试验结果表明,随着NaCl处理浓度的不断增加,供试材料种子萌发均受到不同程度的抑制,敏盐和耐盐材料在相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对发芽指数和相对盐害率方面差异显著,不同耐盐材料之间也存在较大的差异。辣椒种质PI201239和PI201224的相对发芽率S50%分别可达379.26和369.67 mmol/L,属于超级耐盐材料。研究结果为后续辣椒耐盐基因的挖掘及机理解析奠定了基础。Thirteen pepper materials with different levels of salt tolerance were treated with high salt concentrations(180,210,240,270,300,330,360,390 and 420 mmol/L)in seed germination stage in order to understand the characteristics of pepper salt tolerance.The relative germination rate,relative germination potential,and relative rate of salt injury were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the seed germinations of 13 germplasms were decreased with the increases of NaCl concentration.Significant differences in relative germination potential,relative germination rate,relative germination index and relative salt damage rate were observed between the salt-sensitive and salt-tolerant materials.There were also great differences among different salt-tolerant materials.PI201239 and PI201224 with the index of S50%were 379.26 and 369.67 mmol/L,respectively,exhibit the highest salt tolerances.This study laid a foundation for the subsequent analysis of salt-tolerant genes in pepper.
