摘 要:为提高辣椒老化种子萌发速率,使用不同浓度的不同引发剂(GA3、6-BA、KCl、NaCl)进行浸种处理,探究引发剂对辣椒老化种子萌发的影响。结果发现,一定范围内浓度的KCl(6~18 g/L)、NaCl(8 g/L、12 g/L)以及GA3(0.10 g/L、0.20 g/L)浸种24 h,既可获得较高的发芽率,又可促进幼苗的形态建成,缩短萌发起始时间;而0.05~0.30 g/L 6-BA会显著抑制发芽势、发芽率。结果表明,选择合适的引发剂和浓度会促进辣椒老化种子萌发,且GA3效果最优,KCl次之,NaCl随后。In order to improve the germination rate of pepper aging seeds,different priming agents(GA3,6-BA,KCl,NaCl)with different concentrations were used for soaking treatment to explore the effects of priming agents on the germinations of pepper aging seeds.The results showed that soaking seeds with KCl(6~18 g/L),NaCl(8 g/L,12 g/L)and GA_(3)(0.10 g/L,0.20 g/L)for 24 h could not only obtain higher germination rate,but also promote the morphology of seedlings and shorten the initial time of germination.While,0.05~0.30 g/L 6-BA significantly inhibited the germination potential and germination rate.The results indicated that selecting the appropriate priming agents and concentrations could promote the germination of pepper aging seeds,and GA_(3) had the best effect,followed by KCl and NaCl.
