摘 要:为筛选适宜辣椒生长的较佳栽培基质,本文以商品基质作为对照,草炭、蛭石和珍珠岩等体积混合物组成的无机基质与食用菌菌渣不同比例配比后的基质作为栽培基质,研究不同比例配比基质对辣椒生长、产量及产品品质的影响。结果发现,P7(菌渣∶无机基质=6∶4)栽培条件下,辣椒植株长势较好,株高、茎粗、开展度、单株产量、总产量、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物、Vc和可溶性蛋白质含量均处于较高水平;利用平均隶属函数法对辣椒各种指标进行综合评价,P7的综合得分为0.984,高于商品基质及其他各处理,同时比使用商品有机质栽培节省成本50%左右。结果表明,菌渣∶无机基质体积比为6∶4的复配基质可以应用在生产上进行辣椒栽培,具有较好的推广应用价值,且对食用菌产业链的延伸具有一定意义。In order to select the best substrate ratio suitable for the growth of pepper,the equal volume mixture of peat moss,vermiculite and perlite compounding with different proportions of edible fungus residue were used as cultivation matrix to study the effects of different proportions of substrates on the growth,yield and quality of pepper.The results showed that the pepper plant under the treatment of P_(7)(edible fungus residue∶inorganic matrix=6∶4)grew better,and its plant height,stem diameter,development degree,yield per plant,total yield,soluble sugar,soluble solid,VC and soluble protein contents were at a higher level.The comprehensive score of P_(7) was 0.984,which was higher than commercial matrix and other treatments.At the same time,it saves about 50%of the cost compared with commercial organic matter cultivation.The research suggests that the substrate P_(7) can replace the commercial substrate for pepper cultivation,and is worthy of promotion.It will promote the healthy and sustainable development of pepper and edible fungus industry.
