摘  要:海丰396是以花培品系“YJ-107”为母本、自交系“Y1090-3”为父本配制的早熟鲜食螺丝椒杂交一代。其主要植物学特性为:始花节位9节左右;果实螺丝羊角形,果实纵径30 cm左右,果实横径3.5 cm左右,果肉厚0.2 cm左右;果色绿,果面有光泽,果肩部皱,果面螺旋至果尖部,果味辣,单果质量80 g左右。Vc平均含量为151.2 mg/100 g,可溶性糖含量7.4%,辣椒素含量为0.58%(DW)、粗纤维含量为11.2%,果肉脆,辣味适中,口感佳;早熟,植株长势较强,连续坐果能力强,较耐低温,中抗CMV、TMV和疫病。在品种比较试验中平均总产量为3285.3 kg/667 m^(2),比对照陇椒4号增产8.33%,差异达到显著水平。在不同地区生产试验中海丰396平均总产量为3430.8 kg/667 m^(2),比对照陇椒4号增产6.17%~9.30%,平均增产8.31%。适合北方早春、秋延后大棚和越冬温室栽培。‘Haifeng396’is a new twisted hot pepper F_(1) hybrid developed by crossing the double haploid line generating by anther culture‘YJ-107’as female parent with the in-bred line‘Y1090-3’as male parent.Its first flower appears at about 9_(th) node.Its fruit is twisted horn in shape and green in color with the length of about 30 cm,width of 3.5 cm,fresh thickness of 0.20 cm,and weight of 80 g.It exhibits strong growth vigor and continuous fruit-set ability,as well tolerance to low temperature.The contents of Vitamin C,soluble sugars,and capsaicin are 1.512 mg/g,7.4%and 0.58%,respectively.It is tolerant to CMV,Pepper Phytophthora blight and TMV.Its average yield is about 51.4 t/hm^(2).It is suitable to be cultivated in protected field in North of China.
