摘　　要：唐代前期,由于边疆政治局势不稳定,吐谷浑、西突厥、铁勒诸部先后迁入河西,唐朝设八个羁縻府州以统之。其寄治区域与隶属关系比较复杂,传世文献记载不一且语焉不详,而随着近年来九姓铁勒首领墓志的出土,一些羁縻州的存废渐趋明朗。八个羁縻州一部分属新设置,另一部分则是从漠北侨置于凉州。安史之乱前后,这些部族陆续迁出河西,其羁縻府州的建制也因此撤销。In the early Tang Dynasty,due to the instability of the political situation in the frontier areas,some tribes of Tuyuhun,the west Turk and Tiele immigrated to Hexi region.The Tang Dynasty then established eight Jimi prefectures to govern them.Although their setting regions and their attachment relationships are complex,the records and informations in the traditional documents are inconsistent and vague,with the increasing of the unearthed epigraphs of the leaders of the Tiele tribes in recent years,the establishment and the abolition of some Jimi prefectures become more and more clear.It can be concluded that some of the autonomous prefectures were newly established and others moved from the north of desert.And around An-shi Rebellion,they successively emigrated from Hexi region,the Jimi prefectures were abolished accordingly.
