摘　　要：On October 20, China Nonwovens and Industrial Textiles Association(CNITA) successfully held the Fifth Member Congress and the celebration ceremony of its 20 th anniversary in Beijing. The Congress reviewed and approved the report of the Fourth Council, and elected the Fifth Council.
