摘  要:采用连续冲孔板栅、放射状板栅筋条、玻璃纤维涂板纸、超细聚酯纤维正极添加剂,以及增加炭黑添加量、降低硫酸添加量的负极铅膏配方等技术,制备商用车起动用增强富液式电池(EFB)。台架试验结果表明,电池-18℃低温起动电流达到1300 A、充电接受能力达到4.28倍I0、比能量达到47.7 W·h/kg,且在40℃下50%放电深度(DOD)的循环次数达到279次,说明具备一定的中等放电深度使用功能。The starter enhanced flooded battery(EFB)for commercial vehicles was prepared by technologies such as continuous punching grid,radial grid bar,glass fiber pasting paper,ultra-fine polyester fiber positive additives,negative lead paste recipes with increased carbon black and reduced sulfuric acid.The bench test results showed that the cold cranking ampere(CCA)at-18℃reached to 1300 A,the charge acceptance reached to 4.28 times of I0,the specific energy reached to 47.7 W·h/kg and cycle number of the battery at 50%depth of discharge(DOD)at 40℃reached to 279 times.It indicated that the sample had a certain function of medium discharge depth.
