摘 要:采用一步溶液法制备纳米二氧化锰包覆石墨烯(MnO_(2)@GN),通过XRD、SEM、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和热重(TG)分析等测试,对MnO_(2)@GN复合材料的结构、形貌和MnO_(2)包覆量进行考察。将MnO_(2)@GN以20%的质量分数添加到碱锰电池导电剂膨胀石墨(KAA)中,发现纳米MnO_(2)的包覆可改善片层石墨烯的团聚以及与电解二氧化锰(EMD)的相容性,有助于导电剂在EMD中的分散,降低电池内阻。电池的750 mA大电流放电性能提升7.00%,250 mA中电流放电性能提升5.10%,20 mA小电流放电性能提升0.96%。Nano manganese dioxide coated graphene(MnO_(2)@GN)was prepared via one-pot solution method.The structure,morphology and MnO_(2) coating amount of MnO_(2)@GN composites were investigated by XRD,SEM,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and thermogravimetric(TG)analysis.When MnO_(2)@GN was added to conductive agent expanded graphite(KAA)of alkaline Zn/MnO_(2) battery at a mass ratio of 20%,it was found that the coating of nano-MnO_(2) could improve the agglomeration of the graphene flakes and the compatibility with electrolytic manganese dioxide(EMD),helping the dispersion of conductive agent in EMD and reducing internal resistance.Thus,the discharge performance of the battery was increased by 7.00%when discharged at 750 mA high current,5.10%at 250 mA medium current and 0.96%at 20 mA low current.
