摘　　要：欧盟(EU)已发布新电池法规的技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)通报。为助力企业及时了解并尽快接轨相关要求,对相关细则进行解读,重点解析对输欧电池从原材料到标识标签、生命周期内的使用、安全和环保性能以及回收体系等方面的规定。企业应从产品开发、原材料采购及供应链管理等方面采取相应措施,制定中长期应对方案,确保产品持续符合准入要求。The Technical Barriers to Trade(TBT)notification of the new battery regulation was issued by the European Union(EU).It was supposed to help enterprises to understand and meet the relevant requirements timely,the detailed rules were interpreted.The main focus were put on to the regulation of raw materials to labels of batteries for Europe and performance of usage during the life cycle,safety,environmental protection and recycling system.In order to ensure continuous compliance with entry requirements,the enterprises should take corresponding measures from product development,raw material procurement and supply chain management etc.,so that to formulate medium and long-term solutions.
