摘 要:针对亚波长超声环行器无法快速准确地确定一个更优的调制参数的问题,该文提出了一种自动寻找更优调制参数的方法。以隔离度、插入损耗、反射系数和交调积作为约束条件,定义一个目标函数,并通过这个目标函数确定更优的调制参数。此目标函数可自行根据需要进行适当修改,从而自动确定所需调制参数。利用定义的目标函数,通过Matlab绘制环行器的性能指标与调制参数关系图。结果表明,根据此方法确定的调制参数下,亚波长超声环行器隔离度高达37 dB,插入损耗低至0.3 dB,实现了快速准确地确定更优的调制参数,从而验证了所提出方法的可行性。Aiming at the problem that the sub-wavelength ultrasonic circulator cannot quickly and accurately determine a better modulation parameter,a method to automatically find better modulation parameters is proposed in this paper.Taking isolation,insertion loss,reflection coefficient and intermodulation product as the constraints,an objective function is defined,and the better modulation parameters are determined by this objective function.This objective function can be appropriately modified according to needs,so as to automatically determine the required modulation parameters.The results show that under the modulation parameters determined by this method,the isolation of sub-wavelength ultrasonic circulator is as high as 37 dB and the insertion loss is as low as 0.3 dB.The better modulation parameters are determined quickly and accurately,which verifies the feasibility of the pro-posed method.
