摘 要:实验在(K,Na)_(2)O-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)体系中引入MgO、BaO、ZnO对CaO进行等摩尔量取代,通过CIE L*a*b*、SEM、XRD、TEM、等测试手段探究其对样品釉面性状及显微结构的影响。结果表明:RO组成及比例的不同对釉熔体黏度影响不同,进而影响釉层中分相液滴尺寸、体积分数、两相折射率差值。在以MgO取代CaO为主的区域,分相液滴对入射光主要产生瑞利散射作用,釉面呈乳蓝状(b*值:-0.64~-7.74)。以BaO对CaO取代为主的区域,釉熔体黏度低,分相液滴尺寸小,体积分数低,Δn较小,釉面呈现透明状。以ZnO对CaO取代为主的区域,分相液滴对入射光主要产生米氏散射,釉面多呈现乳白状(白度62%~71%)。In this experiment, MgO, BaO and ZnO were introduced into the system of(K,Na)_(2)O-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) to substitute CaO in an equimolar amount, and the influence of MgO, Bao and ZnO on the glaze properties and microstructure of the samples was investigated by CIE L*a*b*, SEM, XRD, tem and other testing methods. The results show that the different composition and proportion of RO have different effects on the viscosity of glaze melt, and then affect the droplet size, volume fraction and refractive index difference of two phases in glaze layer. In the region where MgO replaces CaO, the split-phase droplets mainly produce Rayleigh scattering effect on the incident light, and the glaze is milky blue(b* value:-0.64 ~-7.74). In the region where CaO is mainly replaced by BaO, the glaze melt viscosity is low, the size of phase-separated droplets is small, the volume fraction is low, Δn is small, and the glaze surface is transparent. In the region where ZnO replaces CaO, the incident light is mainly scattered by the splitphase droplets, and the glaze is mostly milky white(whiteness 62% ~ 71%).
