摘　　要：随着2020年我国脱贫攻坚战取得全面胜利,缓解相对贫困将作为今后扶贫工作的重要内容。进入新阶段,作为治贫、反贫最直接有效方式,就业在水库移民扶贫中能够发挥增收、提能、扩识、强心等显著作用。本文根据水库移民就业扶贫现状,针对移民就业帮扶中存在的问题,拟建立包括对象瞄准、区域协调、就业保障等在内的就业纾困长效机制,以期不断提高水库移民相对贫困治理的能力和水平,缓解相对贫困问题。With the comprehensive victory of China's fight against poverty by 2020,the alleviation of relative poverty will be an important part of the poverty alleviation work in the future.In the new stage,as the most direct and effective way to fight poverty,employment can play a significant role in increasing income,improving ability,expanding knowledge and improving mental state in the process of poverty alleviation for reservoir migrants.According to the current situation of poverty alleviation through employment for reservoir migrants,aiming at the problems existing in employment assistance for migrants,this paper intends to establish a long-term mechanism of poverty alleviation through employment including targeting training objects,coordinating regional departments and providing multi-level employment security,in order to continuously improve the ability and level of relative poverty governance for reservoir migrants and alleviate the relative poverty problem.
