摘  要:分别以1,3,5-三(2-烯丙基苯氧基)-2,4,6-三苯氧基环三磷腈(TAPPCP)和六(2-烯丙基苯氧基)环三磷腈(HAPPCP)作为耐烧蚀填料,经复配、固化制备出改性不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)包覆层,考察了TAPPCP和HAPPCP对UPR力学性能、耐热性能和耐烧蚀性能的影响。静态力学性能研究结果表明,当TAPPCP和HAPPCP的添加量由0phr/100phr UPR增至20phr/100phr UPR时,改性UPR在20℃时的拉伸强度由37.74MPa分别增至55.98MPa和60.31MPa,断裂延伸率由8.05%分别降至3.61%和3.17%;热失重分析和烧蚀率测试结果表明,经TAPPCP和HAPPCP改性的UPR的耐热性和耐烧蚀性提高,800℃时的热失重由75.35%分别降至57.82%和46.89%,线烧蚀率由0.678mm/s分别降至0.181mm/s和0.116mm/s,质量烧蚀率由0.812g/s分别降至0.253g/s和0.206g/s。Modified unsaturated polyester resins(UPR)inhibition formulas were prepared via compounding and curing reaction using 1,3,5-Tri(2-allylaryloxy)-2,4,6-triaryloxycyclotriphazene(TAPPCP)and hexa(2-allylaryloxy)cyclotriphazene(HAPPCP)as ablative fillers.The influence of TAPPCP and HAPPCP on the mechanical properties,heat-and ablative-resistance of UPR were investigated.The results of static mechanical analysis show that when the addition amount of TAPPCP and HAPPCP increases from 0phr/100phr UPR to 20phr/100phr UPR,the tensile strength(20℃)of modified UPR increase from 37.74MPa to 55.98MPa and 60.31MPa,whereas the elongation(20℃)decrease from 8.05%to 3.61%and 3.17%,respectively.The results of thermogravimetric and ablation rate analysis indicate that the heat resistance and ablative resistance of UPR modified by TAPPCP and HAPPCP are improved.The mass loss at 800℃decrease from 75.35%to 57.82%and 46.89%,and the linear ablation rate reduce from 0.678mm/s to 0.181mm/s and 0.116mm/s,respectively.The mass ablation rate reduce from 0.812g/s to 0.253g/s and 0.206g/s,respectively.
