摘  要:为了研究二茂铁衍生物在HTPB推进剂中的迁移规律及对推进剂燃速的催化作用,利用“三明治”试件模拟70℃下二茂铁类衍生物在HTPB推进剂体系中的迁移过程,并以此来评价二茂铁衍生物的迁移性能;在相同HTPB推进剂配方条件下,测定了不同二茂铁衍生物对推进剂燃速的催化作用;通过Gaussian程序计算得到二茂铁衍生物的偶极矩、能量等理论性质,并分析与测试结果之间的关系。结果表明,二茂铁衍生物的分子偶极矩与取代链段密切相关,增塑剂癸二酸二异辛酯分子的偶极矩受链段构象的影响明显,常温下趋向于偶极矩较大的构象,高温下则趋向于偶极距较小的构象;根据建立的“溶解-解析”模型分析得出,二茂铁衍生物的偶极矩与增塑剂的偶极距越接近,迁移率越小;在对HTPB推进剂燃速的催化作用上呈现出二茂铁衍生物的铁含量越高,二茂铁衍生物HOMO与LUMO的能量差越小,催化作用越明显。To study the migration law of ferrocene derivatives and its catalytic effect on the burning rate of HTPB propellant,the“sandwich”specimen was used to simulate the migration process and evaluate the migration performance of ferrocene derivatives on HTPB propellant at 70℃.The catalytic effect of different ferrocene derivatives on the burning rate of HTPB propellant was measured under the same condition.The theoretical properties of ferrocene derivatives were calculated by Gaussian,and the relationship between the test results and the theoretical properties was analyzed.The results show that the dipole moment of the ferrocene derivative is closely related to the substituent.The dipole moment of the plasticizer diisooctylsebacate is obviously affected by the chain segment conformation,and it tends to a conformation with a larger dipole moment at room temperature and smaller dipole moment at high temperature.According to the established“dissolution-precipitation”migration model,it is analyzed that the closer the dipole moment of ferrocene derivatives to the dipole distance of plasticizer,the smaller the migration is.The higher the iron content of ferrocene derivatives,the smaller the energy gap of HOMO-LUMO is,and the stronger the catalytic effect on the burning rate of HTPB propellant is.
