摘　　要：文章采用改进的网络分析法确定了指标的权重,改进的ANP模型把每个人的主观判断进行模糊量化处理,有效地减弱了主观因素影响,同时使用改进的模糊评判法进行了综合评估,给出了最后的评估结果。In this paper, the improved network analysis method is used to determine the weight of the index. The improved ANP model makes each person’s subjective judgment fuzzy quantitative processing, which effectively reduces the influence of subjective factors. At the same time, the improved fuzzy evaluation method is used for comprehensive evaluation, and the final evaluation results are given.
