摘 要:针对配网可再生能源接入比例的不断增加,传统规划方法已难以满足电网发展需求。提出了一种含可再生能源高比例接入的配电网分层分区节能规划方法。首先对高比例可再生能源的容量及布局进行优化,实现可再生能源的初步选址和定容;其次,以可再生能源规划结果为初值,构建双层迭代规划模型,实现以成本和节能效益为目标的优化决策模型;最后,采用和声搜索算法对所提优化模型进行求解。算例采用真实电网数据进行分析。仿真结果表明,所提模型和方法有效且具有可行性。In view of the increasing proportion of renewable energy access in distribution network, the traditional programming method was unable to meet the needs of power grid development. A hierarchical and zoned energy-saving programming method for distribution network with high proportion of renewable energy was proposed. Firstly, the capacity and layout of high proportion renewable energy were optimized to realize the initial site selection and capacity determination of renewable energy. Secondly, taking the renewable energy planning results as the initial value, a bi-level iterative programming model was constructed to realize the optimization decision-making model with cost and energy-saving benefits as the goal. Finally, the harmony search algorithm was used to solve the proposed optimization model. The real power grid data is used for analysis. The simulation results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model and method.
