摘  要:针对提升新能源消纳问题,设计了一种峰谷平时段划分方法。首先,建立基于消费者心理学的用户响应模型,得到用户负荷转移率;其次,综合考虑不同时段负荷对峰谷隶属度的贡献程度,以新能源消纳最大化及用户费用最小化为目标,建立基于新能源消纳的峰谷平时段优化模型;最后,通过改进粒子群算法对峰谷隶属度阈值进行优化求解。仿真结果表明,用户响应新的峰谷平时段后,用电费用降低,同时新能源的消纳得到提升。A division method for ordinary peak-valley period was designed to promote new energy consumption. Firstly, a user response model based on consumer psychology was established, and user load transfer ratio was obtained. Secondly, under consideration of the contribution degree of loads in different periods toward peak-valley subjection, an optimization model for ordinary peak-valley period based on new energy consumption was established, aiming at maximal new energy consumption and minimal user cost. Finally, the threshold value optimization of peak-valley subjection was solved by means of particle swarm algorithm. Simulation results showed that with users’ response to the new ordinary peak-valley period, electricity expense was reduced, while new energy consumption was promoted.
