摘  要:电力弹簧(electric spring, ES)的提出,能够有效解决因分布式光伏接入出现的功率波动及功率因数不达标问题。首先分析了ES的拓扑及其功率控制方法,同时提出了一种基于ES的负荷电压及功率因数控制方法,有效地稳定ES电压及功率因数,抑制光伏并网点的功率波动。然后在MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台中搭建分布式光伏并网系统。最后通过算例验证所提基于ES的负荷电压及功率因数控制方法的正确性和有效性。The proposal of electric spring(ES) can effectively solve the problems of power fluctuation and substandard power factor after the distributed photovoltaic connection. Firstly, the topology and power control method of ES were analyzed. At the same time, a load voltage and power factor control method based on ES was proposed, which could effectively stabilize the voltage and power factor of ES and restrain the power fluctuation of photovoltaic grid. Then the distributed photovoltaic grid-connected system was built in the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform. Finally, an example was used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed ES-based load voltage and power factor control method.
