寒喘祖帕颗粒联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效观察及对肺功能、炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析寒喘祖帕颗粒联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效及对肺功能、炎症因子的影响。方法选择我院治疗的毛细支气管炎患儿240例,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各120例。对照组采用干扰素雾化吸入治疗,观察组联合寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗,对比两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,症状消退、住院时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PaO_(2)、IL-2均高于对照组,PaCO_(2)、TNF-α均低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论寒喘祖帕颗粒联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效显著,能缩短病程,控制炎症反应且安全性高。Objective To retrospectively analyzethe clinical effectand the influence on lung function and inflammatory of Hanchuan Zupa Granules combined with interferon atomization inhalation for infantile bronchiolitis. Methods Two hundred and forty children with bronchiolitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to treatment methods, with 120 cases in each group, who were treated with interferon atomization inhalation in the control group and in the observation group were combined with Hanchuan Zupa Granules. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group.The symptoms subsided and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups were staticstically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, PaO_(2) and IL-2 in observation group were higher than that in control group, and Pa CO_(2) and TNF-α were lower than that in control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Hanchuan Zupa Granules combined with interferon atomization inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchiolitis has significant efficacy,shortening the course of disease,controlling inflammatory response and high safety.
