摘　　要：农村不动产权籍调查是江苏省第三次国土调查工作的重要组成部分,目的是在地籍调查的基础上一并开展房产测量,查清农村宅基地和集体建设用地上建筑物、构筑物的产权状况。权籍调查流程复杂,虽然数据库的建立由专门开发的软件系统完成,但是在实际生产中仍然需要做许多内业工作。对ArcGIS和FME在坐标转换、影像裁剪、拓扑检查、数据库合并等方面的应用进行阐述并做了对比分析,为行业内技术人员提供了参考。Rural real estate cadastral survey is an important part of the third land survey in Jiangsu province.The purpose is to carry out real estate surveys on the basis of the cadastral survey to find out the property status of rural homesteads and collective construction land.The process of cadastral survey is complicated.Although the database is established by a specially developed software system,it still needs to do a lot of indoor work in actual production.The application of ArcGIS and FME on coordinate transformation,image clipping,topology inspection,database integration are elaborated,compared,and analyzed,which provides a reference for technical personnel in the industry.
