摘　　要：《社会主义文化论》是20世纪上半叶德国哲学家、法学家、政治思想家拉德布鲁赫的一部政论文集,是他站在社会主义世界观立场,对社会主义若干基本问题所作的思考和探讨。其中,有些问题是今天正在中国发生、我们必须面对和思考的。20世纪以来,在西方社会对马克思社会主义理论的研究可以说是凤毛麟角,而我们对马克思社会主义理论诞生之后的进一步发展,更是所知甚微。该著作被认为是德国20世纪颇具代表性的社会主义理论著作。对于奉社会主义为信仰,坚持社会主义道路的中国来说,它无疑具有非常积极和现实的意义。The Cultural Theory of Socialism is a collection of political commentaries,written in the first half of 20 th century by Gustav Radbruch,a German philosopher,lawyer and political thinker.It is a crystallization of his thoughts and studies about the basic issues of socialism from the socialist perspective.Some of the issues he explored are confronting China today,and call for consideration.As the studies on Marxist socialism in the western countries since the 20 th Century are rare and their further developments are hardly known to Chinese,this work can be regarded as a representative German socialist theory for the last century.It therefore is highly relevant to and may play a positive role for China,a firm socialism believer adhering to the socialist road.
