摘　　要：针对车用发动机点火线圈的内部结构和工作原理特点,开发了不同的硬件插接方式,通过PLC的控制和上位机信号采集全自动运算的作用下实现了多种不同类别点火线圈的在线检测系统。本文详细介绍了该系统的控制方法及其在线测试技术。According to the internal structure and working principle characteristics of the ignition coil of the vehicle engine,different hardware plugging methods are developed.Through the control of PLC and the action of the upper computer signal acquisition automatic operation,a variety of different types of ignition coil online detection system is realized.This paper introduces the control method and on-line test technology of the system in detail.
