摘  要:通过短期接触(8 h)实验,探讨了石墨烯量子点(GQDs)投加量对于厌氧颗粒污泥与活性污泥除污效能的影响。结果表明,对于厌氧颗粒污泥而言,对照组与投加GQDs实验组在8 h后SCOD去除率均在20%左右,厌氧颗粒污泥INT-ETS活性与SCOD去除呈相关性;污泥傅里叶红外光谱(FT IR)中出现了N-H伸缩振动峰,且扫描电镜(SEM)显示投加GQDs的污泥表面孔隙较少。对于活性污泥而言,随着GQDs投加量的增加SCOD去除率略有减小,实验组平均去除率为93.2%;NH4+-N去除率随GQDs投加量的增加而增加,实验组平均去除率为36.5%,但实验组污泥TTC-ETS活性降低;GQDs的投加会激发C=C这一官能团参与反应;对照组活性污泥表面有明显孔隙,而投加GQDs后的活性污泥表面呈连续的絮体状。The effects of different dosages of graphene quantum dots(GQDs) on the decontamination efficiency of anaerobic granular sludge and activated sludge were investigated by short-term exposure(8 h) experiment. The results showed that, for anaerobic granular sludge, the removal rate of soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD) in the control group and the GQDs experimental group was about 20% after 8 h. Anaerobic granular sludge INT-ETS activity was correlated with the removal of SCOD. The N-H stretching vibration peak appeared in the fourier transform infrared(FT IR)spectrometer of the sludge, and the scanning electron microscopy(SEM) showed that the sludge with GQDs added had less porous on the surface. For activated sludge, the SCOD removal rate decreased slightly with the increase of GQDs dosage, the average SCOD removal rate of the experimental group was 93.2%. The ammonia nitrogen removal rate increased with the increase of GQDs dosage and the average ammonia nitrogen removal rate of the experimental group was 36.5%. However, the activity of TTC-ETS in the experimental group decreased. The addition of GQDs excited the C=C functional group to participate the reaction. The surface of the activated sludge in the control group had obvious pores, and the surface of the activated sludge after the addition of GQDs was continuous floc.
