摘 要:针对农药废水难被处理的问题,采用A/O反应器处理江水补给的农药生产废水,结合化学沉淀法去除废水中的COD、NH3-N和TP。结果表明,在没有额外碳源的情况下,生物处理江水补给的农药废水对COD、NH3-N的去除效率分别为91%~97%和96%~99%;用化学沉淀法处理A/O反应器的出水,对TP的去除率为97%~99%。臭氧和过氧化氢结合的高级氧化方法能将农药废水中的有机磷成功转化为无机磷,无机磷则通过氧化钙和PAM混凝沉淀去除。该方法可为实际农药废水的有效处理提供参考。Aimed at the problem that pesticide wastewater is difficult to be treated, an A/O reactor was used to treat pesticide production wastewater supplied by river water, combined with chemical precipitation method to remove COD, NH3-N and TP in wastewater. The results showed that, without additional carbon source, the removal efficiency of COD and NH3-N from pesticide wastewater supplied by biological treated river water was 91%~97% and 96%~99%, respectively, and the effluent of the A/O reactor was treated by chemical precipitation method, and the removal rate of TP was97%~99%. The advanced oxidation method combined with ozone and hydrogen peroxide could successfully convert the organic phosphorus in pesticide wastewater into inorganic phosphorus, which was removed by coagulation and precipitation of calcium oxide and PAM. This method can provide a reference for the effective treatment of actual pesticide wastewater.
