摘 要:以无锡某污水处理厂"改良A^(2)O-深床滤池"工艺出水为原水,进行"臭氧-活性炭"工艺深度处理中试研究,考察臭氧-活性炭联用工艺的处理效果,探讨在活性炭处理前增设臭氧处理的必要性。结果表明,臭氧-活性炭联用工艺能有效去除污水中的有机物,对COD的平均去除率为66%,最大去除率达88%;出水COD能满足DB 32/1072-2018的排放要求。与单纯活性炭工艺相比,联用工艺出水水质更好、更稳定;并且,在活性炭工艺前增设臭氧处理,能有效延长活性炭使用寿命,降低活性炭处理单元的运行成本。The process ozone and activated carbon process was used to treat the effluent of the process combined with improved A2 O and denitrification deep bed filter from Wuxi a sewage treatment plant in a pilot scale test, in order to investigate the treatment effect of the combination process of ozone and activated carbon, and explore the necessity of adding ozone process before the activated carbon process. The results showed that the organic in wastewater could be removed efficiently by the ozone and activated carbon process. The average removal rate of COD was 66% and the maximum removal rate of COD was 88%. The effluent COD concentration of the combined process could meet the discharge requirements of DB 32/1072-2018. The effluent quality of the combined process was better and more stable than single activated carbon process. Moreover, adding ozone process before activated carbon process could effectively prolong the service life of the activated carbon and reduce the operation cost of the activated carbon treatment unit.
