摘  要:为了解决防腐剂DMDMH低温环境下易结晶的问题,尝试在DMDMH的合成中分别加入助剂氨水或氯化铵,进行防冻性实验。通过实验可知,添加了氨水或氯化铵的DMMDH出现结晶的时间明显延迟,且从出现结晶到完全结晶的间隔时间也延长了。添加氯化铵比例为NH 4Cl∶CH 2O=1∶1(摩尔比)的DMDMH防冻性最佳,且该产品在2℃的温度下不结晶。通过检测,产品的总醛量和杀菌性未发生变化,但游离醛含量降低,符合国家对DMDMH安全性的更高要求。改进合成方法后,产品的成本增加不高,经济实用。In order to solve the problem that DMDMH is easy to crystallize at low temperature,ammonia or ammonium chloride were added into the synthesis of DMDMH to carry out the antifreeze experiment.The experimental results showed that the crystallization time of DMMDH with ammonia or ammonium chloride was obviously delayed,and the interval time from crystallization to complete crystallization was also prolonged.DMDMH with NH 4Cl∶CH 2O=1∶1(molar ratio)had the best anti-freezing property,and the product did not crystallize at 0℃.Through the detection,the total formaldehyde content and bactericidal activity of the product did not change,but the free formaldehyde content decreased,which met the higher national requirements for the safety of DMDMH.After improving the synthesis method,the cost of the product was not high,and it was economical and practical.
