摘　　要：植物精油是提取于芳香植物不同部位的挥发性油状混合物,其中多种植物精油具有显著而广泛的抑菌作用。随着社会不断发展,植物精油在抑菌领域的研究及其开发利用受到了越来越多的关注,人们越来越倾向于选择绿色、天然的精油类产品。本文从植物精油的提取、抗菌优势、抗菌机理、精油应用及其应用展望方面对植物精油进行了综述。Plant essential oil is a kind of volatile oil mixture extracted from different parts of aromatic plants.Many kinds of plant essential oils have significant and extensive bacteriostasis.With the continuous development of society,more and more attention were paid to the research,development and utilization of plant essential oils in the field of bacteriostasis,and people were more and more inclined to choose green and natural essential oil products.In this paper,the plant essential oils from the aspects of essential oil extraction,antibacterial advantages,antibacterial mechanism,their application and prospect were introduced.
