摘 要:目的:观察不同足型男性受试者行走时压力中心轨迹曲线特征,探究不同足型人群的步态差异。方法:招募33名男性受试者,通过足弓指数将受试者划分为正常足(n=15)、低足弓(n=10)和扁平足(n=8)三组,采集并分析三组受试者最适速度行走时优势侧足支撑期各阶段周期百分比、足底压力中心轨迹水平偏移值及各阶段曲线弧度。结果:(1)扁平足组在后跟着地阶段周期百分比较长,蹬伸离地阶段周期百分比较短,与正常足和低足弓组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)正常足组压力中心轨迹曲线的水平偏移值小于低足弓和扁平足组(P<0.05)。(3)在后跟着地阶段和蹬伸离地阶段,扁平足组的曲线弧度低于正常足和低足弓组(P<0.05),在前掌触地阶段,扁平足组的压力中心轨迹曲线弧度高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:较低足弓结构的人群行走时更易出现足外翻趋势;低足弓在行走中缓冲和蹬伸功能与正常足相似;扁平足人群行走时足部缓冲能力、足部负荷转移能力及蹬伸能力较差;压力中心轨迹对评价动态足功能具有重要参考价值。Objective To observe the characteristics of the pressure center curve of male subjects with different foot types during walking,and to explore the differences in their gait.Methods Thirtythree male subjects were recruited and divided into a normal group(n=15),a low arch group(n=10)and a flatfoot group(n=8). The time percentage and curve radian of each stage during the support of the dominant foot, as well as the horizontal offset of the pressure center trajectory when walking at ease were recorded using the foot bottom pressure test system.Results The time percentage of the initial contact phase of the flatfoot group was significantly longer and that of the fore foot push off phase was significantly shorter than the other two groups(P<0.05). The horizontal offset of the pressure center trajectory curve of the normal foot was significantly lower than the other two groups(P<0.05).The average curve radian of the flat foot group was significantly lower than the other two groups during the initial contact phase and fore foot push off phase(P<0.05),while that of the flat foot group was significantly higher than the other two groups in the forefoot contact phase(P<0.05).Conclusion People with lower arch are more likely to have foot valgus when walking. No differences are found between lowarch and normal feet in their buffering and pedal extension, while low-arch feet are weaker in the foot buffering,foot load transfer and pedal extension compared with normal feet. Moreover,the trajectory of the pressure center is of important value in the dynamic evaluation of the foot function.
