武汉市农民工、城市居民、农村居民吸烟行为及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解武汉市农民工、农村居民、城市居民的吸烟行为及影响因素。方法采用多水平分层空间随机抽样方法,对2013年武汉市农民工、农村居民及城市居民共3529名研究对象进行问卷调查,利用χ2检验和Logistic回归方法进行统计分析。结果农民工、农村居民和城市居民三类人群的吸烟率分别为30.2%、36.6%、35.2%,男性吸烟率均明显高于女性;三类人群中,朋友递烟会吸的可能性越小,其吸烟风险均越低,OR值在0.00~0.70之间,社交需要是吸烟的重要危险因素,OR值在3.74~20.97之间,工作需要是吸烟的重要危险因素,OR值在2.21~25.37之间,三类人群影响因素各有差异。结论武汉市农民工、城市居民及农村居民三类人群的吸烟率均较高,烟草控制仍面临着巨大的挑战,应对各人群开展有针对性的控烟措施。Objective To investigate the smoking behaviors and its influencing factors of migrant population,urban residents and rural residents in Wuhan.Methods In 2013,multilevel stratified spatial random sampling method was used.A total of 3529 respondents(including migrant population,rural residents and urban residents)were investigated.Thenχ2test and logistic regression were used for statistical analysis.Results Prevalence of current smoking were 30.2%,36.6%and 35.2%respectively among migrant population,rural residents and urban residents,and significantly higher in males than females.The risk was lower if the will of smoke the cigarette handed by a friend was lower.OR value was between 0.00 and 0.70,social needs were important risk factors.OR value was between 3.74 and 20.97,work needs was also important risk factors.OR value was between 2.21 and 25.37.There were different risk factors among the three groups.Conclusion Overall,the smoking status of the three groups was still very worrying,and tobacco control remains a huge challenge.Targeted tobacco control measures should be taken for different groups since the influencing factors varied in different populations.
