摘　　要：香豆素和咪唑并噻唑是两类具有广泛生物活性和药理作用的杂环化合物,合成含咪唑并噻唑基的香豆素衍生物在药物化学上具有重要意义。本研究发展了一种有效地通过3-乙酰基香豆素和2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑,在I_(2)促进下一锅环化反应合成3-(咪唑并[2,1-b][1,3,4]噻二唑-6-基)香豆素衍生物的方法。目标化合物通过核磁共振、红外光谱、质谱及元素分析进行了结构表征。Coumarin and imidazo[2,1-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole are two classes of important heterocycles with many biological activities and pharmacological effects.It is very meaningful to synthesize imidazothiadiazolyl coumarin derivatives in medicinal chemistry area.In this study,an efficient one-pot process was developed to synthesize 3-(imidazo[2,1-b][1,3,4]thiadiazol-6-yl)-coumarin derivatives via iodine promoted cyclization of 3-acetylcoumarins with 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazoles.All the compounds were fully characterized by NMR,IR MS spectra and elemental analysis.
