摘  要:通过引入岩层钻孔窥视仪,研制了一种可视化地应力测试配套装置。该装置不改变原有装置主体,将小型钻孔窥视仪探头置于其前端,导线藏于原有杆体内部,可实时观测安装深度、角度等。经过山东某煤矿三北采区的地应力实际测定,结果显示安装简便、视野清晰、效果良好。经计算得到该采区的应力分布如下:采区最大主应力为垂直应力,应力均值为13.83 MPa,方向角为N32.65°E~N42.54°E;最大水平应力均值为11.43 MPa,方向角为N127.73°E~N141.64°E;最小水平主应力均值为5.77 MPa,方向角N218.07°E~N231.90°E。In this paper,a visual in-situ stress testing device is developed by introducing a borehole peeper.The device does not change the main body of the original device.The probe of the small borehole peeper is placed in the front end,and the wire hidden in the original rod body can also observe the installation depth and angle in real time,which is convenient,fast,visual and easy to operate.Through the practical application of in-situ stress in Sanbei mining area of a coal mine in Shandong Province,the results show that the installation is simple,the field of vision is clear and the effect is good.The stress distribution of the mining area is as follows:the maximum principal stress is vertical stress,the average stress is 13.83 MPa,the direction angle is N32.65°E to N42.54°E,the maximum horizontal stress is 11.43 MPa,the direction angle is N127.73°E to N141.64°E,the minimum horizontal principal stress is 5.77 MPa,the direction angle is N218.07°E~N231.90°.
