国产化超级电容的掉电检测和延时系统设计

摘  要:为了解决弹载记录仪供电设备的国产化及试验过程中出现的供电不足与突然掉电问题,确保试验结果的准确性,根据设备的性能和功能要求,对系统电路进行总体设计;比较分析国内多款芯片,选用了5.5 V充电的国产超级电容芯片和5V输出的国产升压芯片。通过试验比较,弹载记录仪供电设备能够进行电压检测,记录仪掉电及时预警;采取相关延时供电方案,保证后续数据采集的完整性。The power supply equipment of missile borne recorder is an important part of missile test.The localization and stability of the power supply equipment directly affect the test results.This paper completes the localization of power supply equipment of missile borne recorder and the situation of insufficient power supply and sudden power failure during the test to ensure the accuracy of test results.Firstly,according to the performance requirements and functional requirements of the equipment,the overall design of the system circuit is carried out,and then a number of domestic chips are compared and analyzed.The domestic super capacitor chip with 5.5 V charging and domestic boost chip with 5 V output are selected.Through the test and comparison,the power supply equipment of missile borne recorder can detect the voltage and timely warn the recorder when it is powered down;and adopt relevant delay power supply scheme to ensure the integrity of subsequent data acquisition.
