摘 要:介绍了行星架铸件的结构及技术要求,通过对浇注方式、浇注系统设计、原材料、化学成分、球化及孕育处理方式的筛选和优化使用,选择合适的铸件型内冷却时间,稳定地生产出满足技术要求的铸态高强度高韧性球墨铸铁行星架铸件。最后指出:(1)严格控制原铁液化学成分,选用低硫、低磷优质生铁,禁止使用高合金含量的废钢和回炉料,可以保证金相组织和力学性能满足产品要求;(2)选择合适的工艺方案设计,确定适当的型内冷却时间,用湿砂型工艺可以生产出合格的行星架铸件。The structure and technical requirements of planet carrier casting were introduced.By choosing and optimizing pouring scheme,gating system design,raw materials,chemical composition,nodularizing and inoculating process,proper in-mold cooling time of casting,the technical requirements-qualified as-cast high-strength high-toughness nodular iron planet carrier casting was stably produced.Finally it was pointed out:(1)By strictly control chemical composition of base iron liquid,using high quality pig iron containing low S and low P,avoiding use steel scrap and returned charges having high alloy content,it was possible to ensure the metallurgical structure and mechanical properties meeting technical requirements.(2)By adopting proper casting method design scheme and proper in-mold cooling time,it was possible to produce qualified planet carrier casting by using green sand mold process.
