摘  要:介绍了感应电炉铁液与冲天炉铁液的熔炼质量差异;列举了电炉熔炼灰铸铁件出现的问题,指出了采用石墨化增碳剂可以提高电炉铁液熔炼质量;高CE高强度是灰铸铁的发展方向,高的溶碳量是高CE高强度灰铸铁的关键;“无限”增碳是电炉熔炼高CE高强度灰铸铁的优势。最后指出:充分利用石墨化增碳剂形核能力强及溶碳能力快的优势,发挥铁液石墨化作用,开拓和挖掘电炉内在潜力,是生产高CE高强度灰铸铁的基础。The difference between electric furnace iron liquid and cupola iron liquid was introduced.The problems occurring with electric furnace-melted gray iron castings were listed.It was pointed out that using graphitizing recarburizer could improve electric furnace iron liquid.High CE high strength was the develop direction of gray iron.High C-dissolved amount was the key of high strength gray iron.Infinite recarburizing was the superiority of electric furnace-melted high CE high strength gray iron.Finally,it was concluded that fully use the advantage of strong nucleus forming ability of graphitizing recarburizer and fast C-dissolving ability,develop graphitizing effect of the iron liquid,and exploit the internal potential of the electric furnace was the foundation of high CE,high strength gray iron production.
