摘  要:分析了某型船用柴油机气缸盖的结构特点和铸造难点,提出了铸造工艺优化设计的主要内容及方法,包括铸造工艺参数的选择、浇冒口系统设计计算、数值模拟、制芯技术、熔炼工艺、球化处理及孕育处理工艺等。随机抽取2个批次的气缸盖按技术文件要求进行检验,气缸盖内部形状和尺寸精确,所有解剖面组织致密,PT检验无显像,本体力学性能和金相组织优良,成品水压试验无渗漏,各项检测结果表明气缸盖质量完全符合图纸和技术文件要求。The structural characteristics and casting difficulties of a marine diesel engine cylinder head were analyzed,the main contents and methods of casting production process optimization design were proposed including casting method para-meters choice,gating system and risers design and calculation,numerical simulation,core-making technique,melting process,nodularizing and inoculating processes.Two batches of cylinder heads were randomly selected and inspected according to the requirements of the technical documents.The interior shape and size of cylinder head was accurate,the structure of all dissected surfaces were dense,there was no image in PT inspection,mechanical properties and metallurgical structure of casting body were good,there was no leakage found in finished casting hydraulic test.the results of all inspection items showed that the quality of the cylinder head totally met the requirements of drawing and technical document.
