摘 要:介绍了使用无机冷芯盒粘结剂后砂芯的性能,为了验证该工艺在汽车铸件上应用的可行性,在冷芯盒制芯机进行无机冷芯盒工艺的应用试验,最后指出:(1)制芯设备吹气罩增加密封装置,可以解决无机冷芯盒工艺的堵射嘴问题;(2)通过更改芯盒,添加进排气道,提高复杂砂芯硬化均匀性,满足复杂砂芯的生产要求;(3)吹气硬化时间较三乙胺长,且不同结构的砂芯硬化工艺不同,不如三乙胺冷芯通用性强。The sand core properties after using inorganic cold box binder was introduced.In order to verify the application feasibility of this core-making process for automotive castings,the inorganic cold box production process usage test was conducted on the cold core box core-making machine.Finally,it was pointed out:(1)The addition of sealing device on the blowing cover of core-making equipment could solve the nozzle blocking problem of inorganic cold core box process.(2)Changing the core box,adding inlet and exhaust duct could improve the hardening uniformity of complex sand core to meet the production requirements of complex sand core.(3)Blowing hardening time was longer than triethylamine process,and the sand core hardening process was different for cores with different structures,not as multipurpose as triethylamide cold core.
