程序化和谐护理对体检者护理质量与满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究程序化和谐护理对体检者护理质量与满意度的影响。方法研究中一共选取96位体检者,研究时间2018年7月—2019年7月。使用Excel表格将所有体检者的基本信息纳进后进行随机分组,其中单数的为对照组(48例),双数的为观察组(48例),分别行常规护理、程序化和谐护理。最后用统计学方法对相关数据进行处理。结果两组中体检等待时间与体检所用时间以及简化舒适状况量表(general comfort questionnaire,GCQ)的护理质量评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中护理满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对体检者实施程序化和谐护理有良好效果。Objective To explore the effect of procedural and harmonious nursing on the quality and satisfaction of physical examination.Methods 96 physical examinees were selected in the study.Research period was from July 2018 to July 2019.Used the Excel table to enter the basic information of all patients and the physical examinees were randomly grouped.The odd number was the control group(48 cases),and the even number was the observation group(48 cases).Routine care and programmed harmonious care were performed respectively.Finally,statistical methods were used to process the relevant data.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the waiting time for physical examination,the time spent on physical examination,and the general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)nursing quality score between the two groups(P<0.05);the difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to implement procedural and harmonious nursing for physical examinees.
