改良手背浅静脉穿刺方法在门诊肥胖儿童抽血中的应用

摘　　要：目的改良手背浅静脉穿刺方法,评估其在门诊肥胖儿童抽血中的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年6月在我院门诊采血的肥胖儿童患者320例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规手背浅静脉穿刺法,观察组采用改良手背浅静脉穿刺法。结果观察组一次穿刺采血成功的为146例(91.3%),明显高于对照组一次穿刺采血成功者的129例(80.6%);观察组的平均疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组患儿并发症明显低于对照组。结论采用改良手背浅静脉穿刺方法能提高门诊肥胖儿童抽血的成功率,减少不良反应。Objective Improve the superficial vein puncture method on the dorsal hand to evaluate its clinical effect in blood sampling for obese children in outpatient clinics.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,320 obese children in our clinics were selected and randomized divided into the observation group and the control group.In the control group,conventional superficial dorsal hand vein puncture was applied.In the observation group,the patients were received modified superficial dorsal hand vein puncture.Results The success cases of one-time vein puncture in the observation group was 146(91.3%),significantly higher than that of the control group 129(80.6%).The average pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.001).The rates of adverse events of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion The modified superficial dorsal hand vein puncture can improve the success rate and decrease adverse events among obese children in clinics.
