邵氏无痛手法联合平衡针法治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察邵氏无痛手法联合平衡针法治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的效果。方法:选取116例神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各58例。对照组采用平衡针法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合邵氏无痛手法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%(58/58),高于对照组的89.66%(52/58),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:邵氏无痛手法联合平衡针法治疗神经根型颈椎病患者效果显著,能减轻患者症状,降低疼痛评分,提高患者生命质量,效果优于单用平衡针法。Objective:To observe effects of Shao’s painless manipulation combined with balance acupuncture on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:116 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with balanced acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with Shao’s painless manipulation on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after the treatment,and the 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%(58/58),which was higher than 89.66%(52/58)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Shao’s painless manipulation combined with balance acupuncture is effective in the treatment of the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which can relieve the symptoms,reduce the pain scores,and improve the quality of life of these patients.Moreover,it is superior to single balance acupuncture.
