摘 要:通过爆炸焊接的方式复合TA1和304不锈钢两种材料从而获得复合板,对复合板结合界面的微观组织进行测试分析,观察发现复合板的结合界面呈周期性波状结合。在界面波形的端部存在较大的熔化区,熔化区附近有漩涡存在。对界面进行EDS面扫描,结果显示,界面处存在元素扩散现象。显微硬度测量结果表明:界面处维氏硬度最高,为413.10 HV,而且距界面结合处距离越远,显微硬度越低,并逐渐降低至和原材料一致。The cladding plate of TA1 and 304 stainless steel was obtained by means of explosion welding. The test and analysis of the microstructure of the cladding plate bonding interface were carried out. It is observed that the bonding interface of the cladding plate is periodically wave. There is a large melting zone at the end of the interface waveform, and a vortex exists near the melting zone. The EDS surface scanning of the interface was carried out, it shows that there is element diffusion at the interface. The microhardness measurement results show that the Vickers hardness at the interface is highest, up to 413.10 HV, and the microhardness decreases with the increase of the distance from the interface junction, and gradually decreases to that of raw material.
