摘  要:设计了5种制备Ti-22Al-25Nb(at%)合金VAR熔炼用自耗电极方案,并制备了该合金。对VAR熔炼的Ti-22Al-25Nb合金铸锭进行了化学成分分析。结果表明,自耗电极制备方式对铸锭的化学成分均匀性影响较小,对化学元素的损失率影响较大。采用纯金属加入时Al元素的损失率为23.8%,采用中间合金方式加入时损失率最小,为4.9%。混料+布料+压制方式是制备Ti-22Al-25Nb合金VAR熔炼用自耗电极的最佳的方式。Five self-consumable electrode schemes for VAR(vacuum arc remelting) melting of Ti-22 Al-25 Nb(at%) alloy were designed. The alloy was prepared. The chemical composition of Ti-22 Al-25 Nb alloy ingots melted by VAR was analyzed. The results show that the preparation method of consumable electrode has little effect on the chemical composition uniformity of the ingot, but has great influence on the loss rate of chemical elements. The loss rate of Al element is 23.8%when pure metal is added. The loss rate is the smallest(4.9%) when the intermediate alloy is added. Mixing +paving +suppressing is the best method to prepare consumable electrode for VAR of Ti-22 Al-25 Nb alloy.
